Ok Rugal 1 is actually pretty easy. You just need to land 1 jump in and then you can just hold block for a timeout.Rugal 2 is trickier. Seems like you need to sidestep all his projectiles, but if he's too close he gets a guaranteed throw off of that. So it seems there are not many opportunities to get damage on him. I think there might be a chance to get him when he throws a projectile close to you. Anyways I'll continue the run tomorrow because I want to sleep, I guess it makes it a bit fraudulent.
