I'm having a blast on on this server, not sure why so many people are having issues. Fresh servers have bugs but they'll all be fixed eventually anyway. Classes will get balanced, gear will get balanced, things will be patched.This is clearly a labor of love which the devs care about deeply, they aren't just going to let things stay broken. It's like everyone here is an inpatient toddler or something and has never played a beta version of a game. Sad to see so much shitposting about a server with an incredible amount of potential like Project Epoch has.So far all the new content has shown to be incredibly well done so they've already proven themselves to me that they are more than capable of delivering everything they promised (and even more!) I know I'll be continuing to play on this server as there's really nothing else like it out there right now. I haven't experienced this level of passion injected directly into this game since the old days of Blizzard to be quite honest. The amount of nostalgia mixed with anticipation and wonder i feel towards the future of this server is truly unparalleled.So whine all you want about insignificant issues but I know where my allegiances lie. Howerver, the economy on turtle is a lot healthier because nodes respawn way slower. Stack of copper ore is about 50s (on Epoch I saw them being 2-4s one day). The major advantage of turtle is that it doesn't have the bugs that Epoch has but the cosmetics and almost everyone having mounts at level 10 is a turn off for me. But turtle has Dire Maul and BWL which I like.
