Victor would be a much less AIDS hero and a much easier to balance hero if the main source of his damage was shifted to Pain Battery instead of the aura. The aura should be a utility move that helps you charge Pain Battery faster and stick on people, and Pain Battery should be up far more often and should be the main thing you're doing in fights. It would take a lot more meaningful involvement from the player and would change Victor from being a braindead bot that just tries to walk in while holding left click.Honestly I'm pretty shocked at how slow Pain Battery charges. It's insane. In a full game Pain Battery will sometimes end up contributing as low as 10% of the damage that the aura does.

Victor cannot cleanse the trolley once it hits him so I think Doorman is a far better counter pick to Victor.
