Under perfect, laboratory conditions, the heavy dune set will more consistently help you barely survive an arc thrower, assuming you have vitality booster AND experimental infusion's damage reduction going, but at that point, it's pointless, and STILL isn't perfectly consistent, sometimes you just die anyways, possibly due to headshots, possibly due to multiple hits, possibly due to Swedish black magic swallowing your soul. The blitzer still fucks you anywhere but the fringe of the cone.
