Grim Reaches and Balor are full of elite quests nobody is going to be doing in a month or two. The elite crab 5 miles underwater with 18k HP in a lvl 30 zone, the super long grim reaches elite quest chain that takes you to the badlands, stv and swamp of sorrows back and forth to waste your time only to then make you fight an elite mob that hits harder than any dungeon boss and has 20k hp as well to match and all of this for no reward to boot. Why is it that like 10% of the dungeon groups i heal have a retard paladin that is "helping" the tank by stealing aggro? I would rather just heal the tank who i have champion on. >>538979984Sadly, Ambershire has done a lot of damage to Nordanaar. Most raid logging guilds are still active, but it has been harder to find people while leveling and doing dungeons. The same goes for early raids like UBRS, Kara10, ZG, AQ20, and MC, they are extremely hard to fill. You can wait for two hours for a raid that will ultimately disband because they can't fill it (mostly because of missing tanks). A server without constant waves of new players or alts will ultimately die. Right now only some of the content is affected, but eventually, raiding guilds will fail to find replacements. It was the same story with Blizzard's Classic, or any seasonal games. As soon as you open a new FOTM, you let what was there before wither.

On Ambershire, it's still young, but there seem to be a lot more ERP only characters, mostly thanks to <Branded>. I have only seen a few real RP guilds and haven't seen any RP events on it.

just hit level 20, HC warrior on turtleso far it's been pretty fun. warrior is still a slog pre 20 ala vanilla but it is what it is. 5/5 cruelty and going rest into prot to see how it is. will wait until 24 to do deadmines to give a nice level buffer because i don't trust the 3rdies that play on this serverspeaking of thirdies, the community here is pretty trash. i wouldn't say its "toxic", just a general air of cuntyness. lots of people flipping their shit when you don't group up with them for quests despite not being able to because they're not hc themselves, lots of people (even hc) running right past you when you are low on hp and could throw out a heal. not that i'm complaining about that, there's no requirement for them to do so, but the supposed "heckin wholesome community" i hear about on turtle doesn't really exist so fari'm looking forward to getting more levels and seeing what the class can do
