Everyone I see play Billy is doing it wrong. They build melee and play like a melee hero then act shocked once they get parried and deleted. Billy is a gun hero that you build melee items on.Never ever heavy melee and only quick melee sporadically until they waste their parry.Max 1 after getting two points in your 3 then use that to reload instead of relying on melee. Just shoot, never stop shooting.
