Shiv is a carry. Why? Because he is only good with items. Shiv at a baseline level does not have any value beyond his ult. His kit lacks CC, it lacks debuffs, it lacks true healing, and his only mobility tool is a poorman's warp stone (which he also wants to use to initiate with since it's his damage nuke). Bloodletting is his only defensive tool and while it is good and allows him to get special value out of specific item it's not as strong as every other tank. The irony is that other carries not only have some type of CC but also have better mobility tools. Infernus has napalm which slows, dash which is slow resistant, and his ult which is a full stun. Haze has sleep dagger, if she can slip out fast enough her smoke makes her zoom. mina has her ult which silences and obviously has a great escape tool. The list goes on.So in order for Shiv to be good in a match, he is heavily reliant on getting ahead and having items to win through sheer stats...but the massive problem here is that shiv has one of if not THE worst farming ability in the game right now. He cannot, in any way, compete against seven, infernus, wraith flash farming jungle and he can't stop them if they're trying to steal his jungle. He can't even stop strong non-carries like M&K. So what the fuck is he supposed to do? Tell me. Because all I can see Shiv as right now is a character that only wins in either pisslow or high level organized stacks where he exists to be an ult bot and is able to sandwich himself in the middle of a fight rather than being backline (useless) or frontline (hard for him to escape). This character cannot get ahead in souls unless the enemy team is retarded, he has so many bad matchups. His best purpose is literally just auto-killing someone at low health. I'm sick of it. Redesign him

Knives should just innately slow the opponent and the slow should stack with each knife stack on them. Rage effect should just immediately apply 2 stacks with 1 knife along with the ricochet. Remove the flat damage buff from rage and bring back being able to gain rage from hitting minions AND from taking damage.
