Been trying to find good music for playing my poison ranger and so far Defender of the Crown album seems pretty good.Dark with some unsettling yet powerful tunes and themes, very classic sounding. Nice rolling drums and echo effects reminiscent of diablo OST, plenty of sick riffs too. Got fast paced songs for mapping like Helm's Deep or Cry of the Banshee, moody tracks for atmosphere like Time of the Dark, some powerful monumental for bosses too, Blood Machine. Finished the season journey for Diablo 4. It was yet another season but at least they made the challenges free so I don't have to play for another 90 days. The theme of the season was that uniques from one slot could be from another slot instead. I got like 25 of them but never got the right item for the right slot to change my build so I had to do everything on my league starter. Overall dogshit season but it's good for the min-maxers since the special uniques aren't tradable so people actually have to stay in the maze if they want to get a high pit clear. People are malding at Beavis for stealing everyone else's builds and making them worse and then claiming them as his own, just like Palsteron does in PoE.

I'm having fun but I don't really understand why people seem to love Path of Exile so much more than Diablo. Player power needs to be nerfed so that there is a good reason to invest in a stat that isn't movement speed, but monster damage also needs to be nerfed slightly so that you don't get one shot on a character that invested into good defenses. Also they need to buff non-ES defenses against big hits, if they still want more people to invest into Armour and Evasion over life, then they should have a couple of Armour and Evasion nodes on the tree that give a good amount of life.

You lose your original character in a sense so you can do a major build swap without rerunning the slogpaign. But you can only do it once per character to avoid abuse cases.
