>>540607425I feel like a certain amount of the mixed feelings have to do with dudes directly comparing it to a CoD campaign, which is such a tightly scripted shooting gallery with such a narrow path that it's not really comparable to BF6's AI-based approach. It's easy to script a character model through an area, it's much harder to path an AI you need to be able to command though to the next objective. So when you activate a scripted event that you need to teleport your AI-run character models to their proper place, of course it's going to look janky. The more important thing is teaching players the mechanics of multiplayer, and as long as the campaign does that, I'd say it's successful enough.
