The logic is that using a character in a group chat that comes attacked with a cumbersome/particular context might not mash with the other characters or the story and setting of the group chat. By quarantining the context you can just turn off the Scenario. "Personality Summary" on the other hand is useless; would have preferred if it was something like "Special Card Rules" or something.
