Save all your draws for Estela as she is the strongest character currently but if you can get Ning Fei from the Blue non limited draw you should be cooking.There is also a feature that lets you reset your characters before finishing the campaign so you can regain the materials spent it's kinda like a tutorial but it isn't made clear anywhere.
