We just had an entire playable race's story defined around moving past being machines built for a purpose, but the rest of the plot tells us that feeling any more emotion than the average obedient earthen is bad.

WoD was the best expac, it did not make the players frantically farm every minute. SL was atrocious because the reason you stated: it was a neverending farm 24/7. It's quite idiotic that you have had to level up 4 characters of different armor type, funnel megatons of anima to the necrolord lvl 5 stitch factory on EACH and then play the game of rng. And it is just for Necrolords! And not to forget you need more than half a million of anima to purchase all items from the vendors.The best time in the game were patches 5.4 and 6.2. Both times we got 14 months of no new content to catch up with the old one.
