what is to be done about the win lane > win game hypercarry menace, anons? I have a gut feeling that the problem is in great part exarcerbated by the bonus investment from gun/spirit/survival items and how long it takes to kill people with more boons than you (since with how small the map is, it makes it easy to rotate to save your teammate as they retreat unless they really overextended), but i'm not sure if making kills faster and items do less would be good for the game overall (since the team that is ahead would also benefit from that). I also feel having important objectives like urn and sinners sacrifice be so exposed makes it difficult to respond to enemy attempts to take them, and the juiciest jungle creeps being more near base (as well as kind of weak, overalll) makes it way too easy for m1 carries with innate damage steroids to take them without any risk. Dota's best camps tend to be in dangerous spots for a reason. Maybe they should bring in jungle stacks? Make cutting the lane easier?

How do you feel about moves that lock you in/guarantee you to be hit afterwards? Think of something like Bebop hook. Once you're hit, you are fucked. There is no way to skillfully do anything about the fact you got hooked, you just have to eat shit and die most of the time. Yeah you can dodge the hook overall, but not always, no one is perfect.Or Abrams 2, the charge which guarantees you will be hit by a melee after. There is straight up no items, souls, parry, anything you can do about once you're hit. It sucks IMO. Yeah you can argue the winning move is to not get hit, but things just don't work that way all the time. Yeah I'm being punished enough as it is being out positioned, damaged, stunned, and forced into CQC with him; he really needs a free heavy melee too (which will proc all melee items he's guaranteed to have, etc).It sucks so much because there's other characters that don't have these kinds of "gotcha" moves at all and you CAN dodge them by skill/gameplay and not just be to forced to eat 2 bombs, an uppercut (which also locks your movement), and probably getting shit on by the lazer too.

I love this game but rank decay is somewhat frustrating and not fun to engage with. It was sort of fun at first being able to stomp my way up the ladder but the higher you get it starts switching from "who has the better smurf" to "which team is less retarded," which in turn forces me to pick a hyper-carry most of the time like Infernus or Haze. My teams are so clueless it's incredible, I had a game thrown a couple days ago where everyone listened to a 3-10 Billy calling to defend urn while they had rejuv and I kept trying to tell them that this was retarded but they wouldn't listen. I just lost another game due to a similar team play and I don't get it, I can't carry this level of retardation, I've lost multiple games recently maxing out my stats doing the best in the game and I'm sick of playing these nigger brained heroes just to lose due to paid Mossad agents on my team. Alright guys, what do you think of my idea??? Gravity Man1. Graviton -> Target is forced to the ground, immune to displacement effects(singularity, grab, lash), and cannot be lifted no matter what. This can be cast on enemies and allies. short duration, but doubles when reapplied. stacks.2. The hand -> Parabolic arc in front of him, removes all static AOEs, buffs and debuffs, and any projectiles between the area and gravity man. Deals damage with chaining explosions along the arc's edge, getting hit by multiple explosions deals exponential damage. 3. Anti-grav aray -> multi charge ability that creates large cylinders where jump height is quadrupled for anyone, and has no stamina cost for jumping or dashing mid air. If a target with graviton is affected by this, it turns the cylinder into a massive explosion. 4. Mass Drive -> Aimed. Charges briefly before melee striking across space time(global), applying a melee strike and graviton to any enemies hit, even through walls.
