The way the stories work just doesn't lend itself well to generating these types of moments often because we as an audience don't really care. Iuno erased herself from existence? Yeah, that's a shame but if she wasn't rollable and hot people would roll their eyes at it because it effectively is a Teppei moment from the other game. "Oh she had 20 lines of dialogue and now she's gone, I must do everything I can to get her back" doesn't make sense for a stranger you've barely spoken to.
