I honestly believe Toriyama was writing his own fatherhood with Goku/Gohan, and that moment in particular is a misunderstanding between fathers and sons. While the life and death situation is an exaggeration, the core of it is Goku not understanding Gohan, making assumptions about how he feels about fighting because Gohan was fighting alongside him for so long, he assumed Gohan liked it.

Bots definitely exist in the game btw
In the playtests it was so egregiously obvious when you were playing with bots and almost every match would be 2 real players and 2 bots on one team vs 2 real players and 2 bots on the other team.
They've done a better job with the bots AI on release to make it less super egregiously obvious that they're bots (they were REALLY, REALLY bad in the playtests and basically just rushed towers and ignored all players that were damaging them, even moreso than now)

Since this is the same team that did DB Fusions, the bot names in the playtest were almost all random names from random characters in DB Fusions too, so you could absolutely tell 100% for sure they were a bot just based off the names they had.

Shu marks players around him on the map. He also completely negates Hit because even if he's invisible, he'll become transparent once he's on Shu's field of view. I use him whenever I pick a technical to bully bad Hits, and to get killed less by good Hits.

God takes some real training to actually use without the ritual, so it's a temp boost unless they keep training it, and the only ones that you could really have trusted with that kind of power were Gohan and Future Trunks at that point (Goten and Trunks were still not even teens and prone to childish shenanigans and trusting Gotenks with that kind of power is a fool's errand, while Pan was a baby for all of Super, and Broly was still struggling to handle his insane power even by the time of Superhero). SSG doesn't mess with your emotions so it should be safe... But it's understandable to not want to take that risk, since a SSG Broly could be too much for even Gogeta.

Overly relying on that machine to transform at all is a bad idea, because you need to use it every time you want to go SS4. It's best to regrow your tail so you can transform at any time.

Gogeta's entire thing is him overly delaying the fight for no reason. There's no point is baiting Omega into doing a specific attack to clear the negative energy surrounding the Earth when just killing him does the same thing.

Not to be a special snowflake but I think Bubbles is undervalued. In my experience people consistently underestimate how strong movement speed is in mobas, in League for example there was a champion that had an abnormally high winrate because she had a passive that gave extra movement speed to all her allies, it got eventually removed. Speed can be the difference betweeen a successful chase or escape, between arriving to a boss fight too late or stealing it, getting away to safety after a risky play, getting to the enemy tower after killing someone before someone else can arrive to defend, etc.

I suspect in time Bubbles will become more used even without any changes, especially as players realize the movement speed buff persists even after leaving the buff area, and that Shu doesn't actually do what the English description says.
