Scenario link cards like riko and rice make it much easier to get your team level up in the cup, and team level up gates facility levels. I've seen a couple Professor of Curvature procs on the final corner where nobody moves up at all, and I've seen a few races where no gold skills proc but I get passed anyway.I've also ended the early race in 1st, then immediately gotten passed by Falcon, she then runs away with the rest of the race.
