It means 'Soft Reserve' which then basically translates to everyone signing up on a loot table (that website he linked, it has a list of all the possible drops from the dungeon) and picking one item out of the entire raid's loot tables (or 2, if +1) to "reserve". If that item then drops and you reserved it, it's yours. If two people reserved the same item, they roll for it together.There's a few other loot systems as well but the only two you'll likely be seeing are 'loot councils' in guilds which are basically just the guild leadership deciding who gets what and 'hard reserve' (only used for certain items) which is just that if something drops, it's 100% guaranteed to go to someone. Usually guilds/parties will do this and advertise it in the advert for the raid, it's mostly done to ensure legendary drops/rare 1% drops go to the raid leader.
