That doesnt mean one attack every 4.1 seconds, that means the model will stand still like an idiot for 4.1 seconds AFTER their attack is finished. Setting attack speed to 0 for all units makes the combat look a lot better with units actually fighting eachother. Sure the animations arent matched, but at least it isnt just two lines politely staring at eachother.
