The team building in this game is shit. The mono element thing is a lost fight, I can deal, but they really should've made it so that any characters active control skill pops runes and any characters support skill creates them. You could still have people that are BETTER in each, but as it stands there's exactly one viable team in each element except water, which has the "first limited banner" advantage, so you can pick from a whole TWO teams!
