Training a dozen Magnamon to level 20ish is a pretty meaty ball of stats. But again. Getting to 9999 is pretty trivial, and exploiting all of these is probably only important if you are devoted to a particular Rookie or something. Most megas don't actually need that much more to reach 9999 even in off stats, extreme dump stats notwithstanding
