The combat is similar to Limbus in a way where you set up your units in their slots and either winrate or assign specific commands for each unit (the fundamental gimmick is being able to slot multiple units into one "slot" or coven, which themselves fit into different archetypes like tank, caster, etc.).>The only thing turning me off from getting it that the games are "braindead" I would say Refrain is braindead the same way Limbus is braindead as mentioned above, the game is fun though, it can be hard and confusing at times but that's just japs making any game.

I just finished a MDE 50 Adversity with Rupture charge, the team was in deployment order: QoH Don as the one holding the gauntlet, W heathcliff, R Lu, MC Faust, W Outis, W Sang and Rosepanner Gregor (i don't have W Meursault).Here's what i can conclude for W Heath in MD, HE'S FUCKING GOATED, probably even better than QoH because he clashes just as high (reaching +60 from the get go with 0 potency) without having to babysit an annoying SP mechanic, while i do consider a nerf that they're removing his capacity to get a S3 without getting inmobilized, i consider that ensuring that he'll always get a S3 after getting inmobilized is pretty good, something that really disappointed me while i was using him was getting inmobilized, and then having to wait ANOTHER turn because the S3 spawned on the next turn slot.
