If they won't give charge IDs extra damage in some way, they should double down on them being the raw damage team, and making them able to force an enemy to be weak to their attacks is the best way to do it. They would like an effect like Meursault's LaMancha parade which makes enemies take 20% more damage from Lamanchaland IDs or making enemies become weak or fatal to envy for a turn.
