I decided to restart my playthrough as a different sort of character this time. The earlier parts of the game go much more smoothly once you're familiar with the city and how everything works. The snow and the subtle Christmas music coming out of the various shops is really comfy and atmospheric, and I enjoy prowling the alleys looking for victims. I think the Toreador have the best moveset because they're so movement focused, and nothing in the game can deal with mobility, so you just become unstoppable.

GW goes through all stops to make games not interact with the lore, otherwise we would have got something akin to Space Marine: Horus Heresy, it's very, very rare that they allow games to tie into lore relevant set pieces.
