Having a kid introduced at the end of a series is prime fanfic bait for anything that wants to continue with it in general (and I don't say this as a bad thing, mind you). Just look at Pan being so important in GT. That Bra is Vegeta and Bulma's second kid gives lots of reason for people to want to explore ideas with that character, be it slice of life stuff, shipping fics, or more general post-series ideas.

Characters are often interchangeable), but it has a passion for all things Toriyama and DB. She doesn't get it, but she really tries to. And she's not just trying to emulate Toriyama's style, but doing her own thing on top of it, creating connections between unconnected things, snowballing some surprisingly organic changes, keeping most characters relevant while not dragging down the plot.
