Just played a few Tracer games with the new nerf. My impression so far is that she's definitely a lot weaker, but I still have fun with her. You definitely can't 1v1 a Kiriko who's sentient or around your skill level. I think characters who were already comfortable with taking Tracer on like Kiriko, Illari, Cree, etc. will now be a much scarier deterrent and you'll have to rely more on shooting them while they're distracted and default to disengaging a lot more, at least if you're like me. I think the really low winrates on the stats site right now might come back up a little after people adjust

Even though I don’t hate Tracer, but some people who play her are just abusing the game. Tracer isn’t actually op it’s just that her tracking can amplify the damage so much, so against a good player you can never win a 1v1 and you will always be flanked and assassinated. Which is funny because that’s how dps doom was too, except he had the hitbox of a tank and no recall.
