Friendly heads up to anyone eyeing Punitive Inferno. Don't waste weekly rolls on Punitive Inferno. It's not worth the investment, the +50% HP seems massive but is negligible, it seems to apply before any increases, including the ones from skills and leveling.Hellfire with No mods, No Geniemon with +HP% perk, Level 70.I have the +20% and +30% HP buffs from her active skill and Retributive Resolve is at level 8 for +102% HP.Pre-Calculation base HP is 2803 without Punitive Inferno - 3738 with Punitive inferno.Post-Calculation base HP is 6578 without Punitive inferno - 7513 with Punitive inferno.When I put on my full current build, which is +16% HP from a beefy geniemon, +75% from Prime Serenity, +75% from Nirvana, +48% from first Nirvana Spectrun, +48% from second Nirvana Spectrum, +48% from a third Nirvana Spectrum and +30% HP from Blaze Nirvana what I get is HP at 12074 without Punitive inferno - 13008 with Punitive inferno.So as you can see +50% sounds like a lot, but it's 935HP. When your health pool is already over 12k, it's not worth the fact you're using one or more of your 5 weekly rolls on getting it. You're better off just going with Wanewraith for its skill damage bonus and calling it a day. If you want Punitive inferno for mastery or because you think it looks cool, you're better off just waiting for it to cycle to covert commissions shop and just getting other weapons/characters.If you REALLY want that HP buff for some min-maxing reason, just get the Undying oneiros from the secret letter shop. With the base buff it gave exactly the same value, 1308. With full temporary stacks health goes up to 14278 for the duration of the effect. So while health is slightly higher with the active buff, it still applies to the base pre-calculation HP.
