It went from "everything is too tanky" to "everything is oneshot".The latter is only worse because it also deletes any mechanics that work outside of oneshots, like dismemberment/disarmament, bleedouts, armour stripping, flanking with teammates and other shit.If I were given an option of Launch HD2 vs Current HD2 I would pick the former option every fucking time; But ideally there needs to be progression for enemies, low-tier units like basic chargers have all the reasons to be oneshot, whereas stuff like automaton tanks should never be unless you go for the vents at the back or utilize specialized tools like the Spear.
