After lots of practice rooms I've determined that Silence Suzuka is the number one blocker I have to worry about for this CM and I'm kind of sad that I didn't manage to roll her. Hopefully my Rice Shower and Vodka can pick up the pace if I run into rooms with them.

I have run with S.Maru who had 1000 Speed, 600 Power, and used her Kiss unique but STILL could not get in first to activate Angling. This is likely due to Wit mechanics positioning at the start, and from what I understand, there are now Wit checks for getting Speed when going downhill.
