Also like others said, the only Vivi boosted memory you want is the HP boost, take Raindrop Memory and Starlight Memory like usual. Then just throw in a tank or two, two supports, Jubee, and preferably Momo if you have her. Then like usual it's just a matter of going for the grade ups, attack speed boost, and memory boosts with maybe a couple defence boosts once you've maxed out the others.
