I have a whole paragraph about industrialized human milk production and the 'barbarity' of drinking animal milk. The topic comes up occasionally as I would expect. But as soon as I add a line about women specialized in producing milk year round as 'milk maids', suddenly every other woman is a milk maid.Then I have a section about Doll Houses, where high value underage slave girls learn to be future concubines, and GLM brings it up constantly while also trying to throw grown women in there.

If you're still worried just create a throwaway account and test on that. Maybe create 3 keys a day before starting to use the full rotation of them. I made a second account with a set of keys just sitting there just in-case. I went from 2 RPM and 50 PPD to 20 RPM and 500 PPM, for absolutely free.
