Chizuru feels kind of meh, her problem is the scaling on her moon ultimate card stops at (5) bind dupes, but you want to stack Tsukiyomo +hits and +dmg from Oni Strike to the card for as long as possible.So really all those wisps you get during that time after you've hit bind (5) are basically wasted filler, because the card is unique it won't make another one of the plus version.They should make it so getting another bind after (5) adds another hit to the card so you can stack it infinitely, but that would make her Gayron/Mei Lin/Luke tier. They could at least let us do it and put a cap on the hit count or something.Also her AP locking upgrade card is basically fucking useless, it's there to make her basic attacks hit (3) times instead of twice, which enables her 5* partner to perform the extra attack.I can't think of any reason to use it and gimp yourself if you aren't running her partner.

The game is rigged so that new characters you play with, if you run Chaos with two carries like Khalipe and Mika, most early epiphanies and divines go to characters you frequently run with and not the third new char. In a way it's designed so that if you play the play Chaos with constant carries it rewards you by "giving you what you want". If you play with these characters a lot you MUST be building them.On the other hand, that means if you're building a new character, your new character is guaranteed to get jack shit. It's not actually RNG. I think Chizu having AP restrictions is a decent concept but they need to be relax the restriction. Maybe you could gain 2 AP per turn with cards so the binding wouldn't be a complete brick to your +AP epiphs on other characters.Restrictions only cook in moderation, the classic example is the Draw X but you can't draw for the rest of the turn. Other approach is "you can't gain AP for the rest of the turn" or you cant use attack cards for the rest of the turn or decreased damage for the rest of the turn after you use specific cards.

This games Balance is seriously so fucking horrible. Random *Normal* battels will sometimes almost one-shot you. Elite and boss battels are easy as fucking hell compared to some of that bullshit. The whole Upgrade system for cards is incredibly frustrating and poorly thought out. There is so many things doing it's best to ruin any fun this game could offer, and it's maddening how so many people try and sweep for these retarded gooks for no fucking reason at all. Everyone should be stomping their little balls until they get their fucking house in order
