I'm having more fun with Chizuru than I expected. Restrict isn't as detrimental as I thought it would be, and since the cost reduction stacks with the accessory and Fate that do the same thing, I can still end up using a ton of cards a turn. She's also a good Ecstasy of Violence user since she gains Will o' Wisp stacks from it. She's gotta work really hard for pretty lackluster damage, but I enjoy using her in Chaos runs a lot more than Tressa.
