He has the best-rounded stats for using most weapons, and more HP and his grapple hook gives him amazing mobility. Meanwhile, your guy has to surgesprint chase everything like a jobber with a glorified guardian-tier char skill that is more cosmietic than anything.
I do play d*pths though, and a lot of wylder too. He has utility which comes handy for certain bosses, and for freak accidents. But accidents are accidents, not something you should expect to happen all the time.
