Xenophobe:>Actually, it's *xenocide*.Neutral:>I can excuse Displacement, but I draw the line at Processing.Xenophile:>You can excuse Displacement?
I did itI fucking did itI got both the homestead and thr rainpunk foundry on the costal groveIt took days of trying. About 5 or so actual attemps, the set up for which was hours and hoursI basically got enough blueprints so that it was 100% garunteed to pull from the expeditions. This required to set up an infinite settlement and to run through traders for decades. I finished the game around year 50. Using a temple with infinite coal from the mines, got me to over -1500hostility. That means Im balanced at H13 for the entire game. I have enough stuff to keep everyone happy at that level. I could also deal with each storm like this, as thr sacrificing just compounds and inevitably lowers hostility. However there was an easier way. I had a holy guild house from a glade and an infinite trade set up. That means when I had 3 people in it, I got +80 resolve for everyone. I just traded THAT much over time. Insane. Because of these two facts I was able to go on for 50 years. Now the second hard limit to time is impatience, which grows at 0.09 per minute. I got lucky enough to get a cornerstone that let me lower impatience by 0.5 TWICE if i open a glade in a storm. Therefore, I opened one glade per storm and lowered impatience by one. Because there were roughly 30 glades that I hadn't opened by the time I got those perks, this EASILY gave me 30 years of time.Lastly, the holy guild house boosted my trader arrival speed by 50%. This eventually reached close to 500% arrival speed when counting all the fast trader perks which would occasionally pop up in their wares. Basically I had a trade arrive every 2m10s. This means I got 3 traders per year every year. Most of the time they were useless, BUT I eventually managed to snag enough blueprints to garuntee that my expeditions will return what I need. They occasionally sold smuggler cornerstones, too, so I got 3 from that. Finally, I got zealous architects, which gives me 4 blueprints for 12 fully upgrades housesI fucking won.

The 8th day of VGL starts at 17:00 UTC (3 hours from this post) and we play /kfg/ at around 20:20 UTC (about 6.5 hours from this post). We're currently guaranteed to advance to the knockout stage but by the end of the day we'll know if we're first in the group and going straight to the round of 16 or if we're second in the group and going to the mini-knockout stage that precedes the round of 16. /dbg/ and /hgg2d/ play before us and if that match ends in a draw or a /dbg/ win, we're guaranteed to top the group no matter what happens in our match. If we win or draw then we top the group, and even if we lose and /hgg2d/ wins we'd still top the group unless /hgg2d/ wins by a lot and we lose by a lotHere's the tournament wiki page. And that's itJust got the speedrun deed for completing a prestige 20 settlement in less than 3 years. I was cutting it a little close, but I had enough points and time to spare. Not as difficult as I thought it would be with a full embakation set up, but it was still heavily rng basedYou basically have one option>scarlet orchard>b-line directly towards the archeology sites immediately, using oil and amber embarkation>also have incense, tea, scrolls delivered>they should all be ready by the time the second phase comes around>third phase, call in traders and buy stone, barrels, and incense, you'll probably have to get rid of most camps as parts are the easiest to use for phase 3>you can get 6 points from those, plus a ton of money, so you should finish them as fast as you can>HOPE that you can make up the other 12 points through the orders and whats in the glades you opened>if you're lucky, all 7 of your orders that you will have access to by year 3 will be completable>if you're lucky, all of the glades you opened will have events that give you rep. >I wasn't able to clear every order, nor did every glade have rep events for me>was able to pull it off because I got lucky with tool production for 1 point and I found a treasure stag that gave me 1 point. As i finished the game in clearance y3,I had 1.75 more points actively being worked on that would have finished in time before y4, so I did end up with some space to breathe, but still, I had to open twice as many glades as would have been optimal if I had been luckyAnd with that im doneThere is LITERALLY nothing else to doI've done every single deed and hidden deed in the gameI've completed it all the way through 3 timesI have every main menu skin and every decoration1.5k hours in against the stormIt's overMy life just got a little bit more empty, brosJust tell me what is up, tell me what is upI've almost had enough, you're playing with my loveJust tell me what is up, yes, really, what the fuck?
