Been using the splodey boltgun on vet for a bit.Breakpoints feel a little weird since it needs Pinning Fire to hit all of them, but Pinning Fire is piss easy to get to max stacks by firing just once, carapace isn't worth it without rending (too many shots to kill crushers to be worth it), but Surgical/Deadshot sniping still works about as well.I'm constantly struggling for ammo compared to the old boltgun where I usually only almost struggle for ammo, which makes sense, since this thing has a lot less of it.The aoe damage is fucking dogshit, but I appreciate just how much stagger it puts out.
