They did something to the cache compilation thing. After the update it took like 100 times less (not exaggerating) time than usual. I deleted shader cache for testing and it took ~3 seconds to compile as opposed to the usual 10-15 minutes

The performance update seems more like a resource uplift. My FPS with fsr framegen turned off hasn't changed one bit, its still 30-45 fps. But my vram usage has dropped by over 1.5 GBs and my cpu temps have went down. So I still have to run fsr framegen for a 60 lock, at least the game consumes less stuff I guess.

For something seemingly meant to be replayed it's such a on rails fight and has such a shallow movepool for the parts of the fight where you really interact with your weapon against the monster which is phase 1 and a little of Phase 2.Fabius has a pretty decent chance to get smacked and put up his shield too late which is annoying. I brought Lance and learned that if you do start blocking a bit too close the little oil drops will continue having your shield also hit back on block and push you into the death puddle AOE.

Just beat the bugger, my review:It's a decent "large monster" fight, better and funner than Zoh Shia because it jumps straight to the tough phase.He's not as fun as Omega... Granted, Omega is one of the best fights in 5th/5th genCharging the Laz0r is a fun gimmick, dodging through to avoid being hit is a more fun use of the "siege" stuff in the seriesI can't fucking tell what phase he's in. I seriously can't the change is too subtle and the gunner bitch keeps telling me off for using the wrong element even after she says I got the oil off.The final phase is such dogshit. Dumb gimmick, tiny arena with a weird shape, you're just staring up trying to shoot it's wings or the blue stuff on it's body.
