I got reframework and the post process fix to work once by uninstalling every mod file from the game and user file generated post a firstrun and then installing reframework and post process' files again. I went to munch on some noodles and when I launched the game again it crashed.I guess its the post firstrun reframework config files that cause a crash? I unironically like Wilds and liked the TUs so far but Gog is the worst "big spectacle monster" fight in the series so far outside of Zorah, but Zorah isn't even a hunt so he doesn't even count as a proper monster.Gogmazios in this game is just way too fucking scripted and the arenas are way too small for him. With all spectacle fights there's a scripted element to them but until that happens you're free to hit the monster and abuse it whatever way you want. Gogmazios doesn't have this. His first phase in the first arena pretty much forces you to just attack the tail due to the amount of movement his head and arms have. His 2nd phase is entirely scripted for you to fire the new siege laser, and the third phase in the 2nd map is also almost entirely scripted and there's so much constant random explosions that force you to just keep using the slinger laser thingy and do nothing else until he croaks.The arenas are incredibly small by usual spectacle fight standards and with gog being so heavily based around AOEs it feels awful to fight in with all weapons. And the arenas just look incredibly lame too. Just the basin and then a cliff, no ancient civ structures, no interesting zones, nothing.The music and his new SFXs are pretty cool but that's about it. He's the most underwhelmed I felt on a quest in the series except for Zorah.

But it's random and needs Gog mats, which you also need to reroll the set bonuses on Gog weapon. Better make use of those Artian weapon fragments and make your way through the table. About a month or so left for wilds to hit the 11 mil before it officially falls behind world in sales but I don't think capcom will really come to terms with the fact wilds is going to sell much less than world until the expansion releases. As of right now it's not too far behind even if it fails to reach 11 mil but you can imagine the gap will only widen as time goes on. So how will capcom rationalize this?

Are there numbers anywhere yet for how power and pierce coatings were buffed? From what I can tell in a short bit of testing, overall damage of the moves on bow that got buffed were pretty potent, but I haven't had a chance to mess with those coatings yet.

They're aware that people have pirated the expansions for world and rise in the past and that's likely to happen again with wilds. So with all the bad press as well I imagine they're hoping for the expansion not to sell a lot but to change the perception of wilds so new people come in which I think is...going to be a mountain to climb. The game is already at $40 and I don't think they want to drop it too much lower
