As the other anon said do slow and steady. It gives 200 donation points and extra rewards every 10 levels which include shit like potions, cosmetics and mounts.
There's tents outside major cities that give rested XP at turbospeed so you'll always have double XP anyway.

Rest of the challenges are too annoying and i would not recommend them unless you just like the idea of the challenge itself without taking into account the rewards you get.

First global should always be a sunder. I could understand if there's like 2 warriors in the raid and you just cba sundering trash, because by the time 5 get up it's almost dead. But if you have 5-6 warriors and one is consistently refusing to sunder it's bad.

There's no top DPS incentive (usually) so just do the job and make the raid go by faster. When later tiers introduce more raids you will need to play more competently in farm due to time constraints of clearing everything for the weekly disappointment of no bindings.

We didn't wipe 16 times because of sunders. Sundering is not the issue here. You're mad and want to blame someone, so you've chosen Flag as your new weekly target.

¡Hola! I am going to create the guild <CRUZADA ESCARLATA> on SotC with an EPGP loot system with situational lootcouncil (LC members: me, one officer of each class).

The lootsystem will reward attendance, consumable use and to some degree, exceptional perfomance (subjective). An example could look like this (numbers not final and subject to change):
- raidday attendance (+10pts)
- flask OR both combat/guardian elixirs used (+2pts PER bosspull)
- buff food used (+1pts PER bosspull)
- BiS weapons cost (-50pts)
- non-BiS weapons cost (-30pts)
- BiS armor pieces and Tier tokens cost (-20pts)
- non-BiS armor pieces cost (-10pts)
- ugly or basic transmog (-5pts)
- various key items may have separate pricing
- a weekly "tax" of x% points burned before ID reset to discourage "hogging points"

This system is in place to reward regular attendance, consumable use and effort.
It will prevent people from disappearing until next tier release as points will carry over between raid releases.
In the event of two people having equal amount of points and wanting the same item, the lootcouncil will step in and decide priority based on various factors as performance and overall benefit to the entire raid as a whole.
The Lootcouncil will be open at all times to criticism where people can ANONYMOUSLY voice their concerns or anger regarding loot distribution in order to find a solution that satisfies all parties.
Ninjapulling and purposeful raidwipes will result in your accumulated points being terminated.

If people are constantly undermining each other then that is a whole different problem entirely that it would take something like WCL to check global by global if a tank was throttling just to let somebody rip and die. Or was the DPS not holding a global and just ripping in to the boss.

Dispels and deaths is something you can check in the log site and you can see exactly the skills someone uses and in what order

Logs are incredibly useful to see who is slacking and who is performing. This is to include more than just damage. If 1 DPS is constantly ignoring mechanics and pumping while the other is actually playing the fight properly and dispelling logs can be checked for that. In that situation the DPS that is ignoring mechanics is in the wrong.

In this example we could use a fight like Gehennas and both DPS are mages. If one mage is not decusing and the other is blasting and not decursing, the mage who isn't decusing is in the wrong. Especially if people die due to lack of decurses.

People can use logs to steer the narrative and not give the whole picture for sure. But you need somebody that understands all angles to determine who is performing well and who is under performing.
