I find it hilarious that the performance fixes VARIES by players, you can't trust benchmarkers because some people use the same goddamn specs but had improvements. From what I saw, people that has worse perf are mostly AMD systems who just updated their drivers.A friend who owns 5090 with 9800x3D reports he has no increased performance whatsoever while a friend who has 4090 with 7800x3D has increased 10fps and less CPU usage and less stutters compared to TU3.What a really fucking weird update... Don't trust benchmarkers, just test the game yourself. I don't have any improved performance ingame but my frametime, CPU usage and temp are significantly improved compared to TU3.

I forgot to post this from last night, when I did the silly story version. Guy hits real hard. I'm really enjoying the hbg changes, and with gog weapons I can fill out hbg archetypes that have been missing. Going all in on special ammo has been nice. My game has also gained a consistent +10 fps over before. Winning all round. The buffs that weren't related to dragon ammo or special ammo seem a little unwarranted (mostly the faster recovery on chaser shot/rapid chaser shot) but it doesn't feel egregious.
