i'm a new player, is there such thing as one tricking in this game? or does every hero have a bunch of unplayable lanes/counters? i primarily play off lane and i think having one hero i play all the time so i can actually learn the game would be helpful

Cheese heroes like huskar brood or meepo do have some pretty unplayable matchups though.You should probably have at least 3-4 heroes you can play if you are focusing on one role regardless though. Some heroes can get away with being played by an autistic specialist tbf too, particularly complex heroes that are not common in pubs.
