Riko gives about 100-125 stamina per run which is good, but that's if you finish her event chain, which means spending 5 turns in recreation, none of which are any better (32 vs 30) for energy than getting Sleep Deprived. The mood ups are good, but Aoi provides that too. And I have her at MLB vs one (1) copy of R Riko so I've been borrowing her nonstop. I'm trying this for 50 runs and will see how things are different.
