As a former Magic player, one thing I really like about Yugioh is that old powerful iconic staple cards still get to see regular play. In Magic it seems there is so much power-creep and churn of product, if you want 'the best version of a given effect' you are changing out cards frequently. But in Yugioh, you can have a card like Raigeki, printed in the 1st set of the game, that is still relevant, still played, and can still mess you up. I really like Raigeki, it is such a classic card, it makes me cry tears of joy that the original boardwipe is still playable in Yugioh

bros i've started playing dracotail and it's tougher than i expected, the deck is simple but the sequencing is kinda tricky, it's different from normal combo decks where each hand can technically get you to the same endboard.the cards in hand make the sequencing very different.the deck is kinda fun, and something i noticed in the mirrors is that if you have faimena and the good dragons in hand, it's actually almost better to go second because you can mess up their traps completely after they set up.
