Noticeably, but not significantly, faster and moves more. Certain windows that were openings before got me hit, but just barely. The new moves were not very threatening, and the spikey ice bits on his new attacks are neat but not fast or big enough to really matter. Solo took longer than regular 9* jin by a good margin, so I think he has a good bit more hp.
