You meet Sylph and Gnome way earlier in the VN and Sylph is constantly messing around while Gnome is constantly messing with Sylph. She also helps with cool sword stuff and is Granberia's mentor which probably helps quite a bit. Undine is also the only spirit that doesn't get a single line, silent or otherwise, during the Sealed Sinner's Prison scene in the VN. >>551729747I have luka using hero's command and super miracle sword on every turn, and he usually goes last which means that from turn two onwards everybody is buffed and at full hp. They changed things in part 3 so that you can't stack as many buffs as before (can't have attack+ and allstats+ at the same time). Meanwhile charge-based buffs are actively punished by many superbosses, though sometimes Samael can get away with giving herself sophisticate in the first few turns

If you want job exp you can try feeding elixirs to the pot at the elf princesses mansion and using exp boosting songs to grind and you can use the double up oracle skill to increase it even further, just maxing a forbidden job or race or two would be a strong power boost, another quick way to get stronger is improving your gem loadout and stealing good ones from enemies, the guaranteed steal skill steals both items and with the 100% SP start you can just steal whatever you want from the library fights. Off the top of my head the 40% HP gem can be stolen from the giant dragon in hellgondo and archangel Ranael has a 20% HP, MP, SP gem and luka kyrie (one of the doppels) has a 20% all stats gem you can steal, steal a whole bunch of those, fit them in everyones gear and you should be set. Probably.
