Because your wasting half your build on bullshit cascadia flare stacks with hornet strike and galv shot's direct damage (your galv shot is giving you about 392% dmg, hornet strike 180% and flare is 240%) since they are all additive, flare is only increasing your overall damage by about 40%, its kinda... really mediocrejust add enervate and remove everything that add crit chance because enervate takes care of everything, now you have a bunch of extra mod space, arcane space and aura slot
