I do have to say one annoyance with FU is you can't straight up buy screamers for sonic bombs. WHY?! You could buy them in freedom and it's especially egregious here considering how many you'll need because in addition to all the diablos and black diablos quests you now have demon king diablos quests not to mention a bunch of new monsters that have interactions with sonic bombs like nargacuga and daimyo hermitaur. It just seems like such a strange decision. You can get them from sending trenya out but it's not even guaranteed. It's not all that hard to kill a village kutku or drome to get them but it's just an strange hassle to introduce.

At least one HH is damn near required for one particular HR mon so you have that going for you. As for secondaries, it's a useless mechanic outside of multimon hunts. Your best option for a secondary is a hunting horn with different buffs than what you're using so you can apply them on your seikret, then swap. I know for other weapons it cuts the buff time in half, but if you're using 2 horns I think it's the full duration.

I do still think there's a good chance they wait until after stories 3 releases though.
