I really don't want constant, random distractions especially when they are, by and large, beyond my own control. That's what I'm most worried about with the interplanetary travel thing. I envision it working out where you are constantly hailed by other ships asking you do do fetch quests for them or help them fight enemy ships "over there" or something. I'm assuming this stuff can all be avoided and I can play like I always do where I can just select a planet, fly there instantly, and then land on the planet, but I don't like that resources are being used for this when they could be used on other things. I'd like an honest survival mode, complete with fuel management and oxygen management. A much more fleshed out outpost builder where I could potentially have my own settlements and invite people to live there. More companions since Andreja, Sarah, Sam and Barrett aren't the best companions to choose from. And we know more companions is possible because Watchtower did it. More weapon and ship part variety. Maybe a couple more planets where you can find attractions (not more to kill and fight spacers or whatever one, maybe more resorts, self governed towns, business strips, etc) and things like this. Of these, the attractions is the one I'm most expecting to see as I hope that's what they mean by some increased POIs. Things like "hiding loading screens" is VERY low on my list of things I care about. I'm also aware that mods can take care of almost all of this, but I'm more interested in having something made by Bethesda themselves where they can really weave in the content into the game.
