Seen people here whining about siege attack, thought I'd explain what I tend to do (yes it's cheesy but fuck sieges).>Spawn entirely on one side, preferably as tight as possible to prevent overlapping siege towers. >When you spawn in, send your fast/cav units to the complete opposite side of the map to attack furthest away gate>Throw 5/6 single entities at one gate (Lords, heroes, spellcasters, big fuckers etc).>Stay close to or even in the arch of the gate even when it breaks so only a few enemies unit can attack you at a time. AI typically fully commits at this stage.>Use magics and shit if you have it to wipe the units that try to attack the single entities. This isn't a requirement, but it makes it much faster.>Move the rest of your army in once the enemy has fully committed. >Once AI commits on attacking your single entities, then move your squads in to jump the walls and support.>This can take a while, but I haven't failed with it so far.Enemy army should be sufficiently worn down that your main troops should be more than a match.
