Thiking sbout it the ending we have now has 2 major flaws.One is mash. The story hopes you love mash more then literally all the other servants by a lot...to the point that by pure accident. The servants are treated as weapons in the finally. Mash literally use our bounds as fuel basically without a second thought.So in an ending where just we and mash are there ir feels weird. (And i like mash...but not enough to want to burn all the other companions with her).The other is daybit. The 5 minutes is not the problem...the problem is you need to care and like daybit enought that this 5 minutes that are not your memories matter. You need to carry enought ablut daybit to this to work, and it doesn't.
