Imagine if NTR kickstarted if you lost in a certain dungeon/did it wrong but there's a hidden passage that will help you get through the dungeon through a shortcut. I think devs some avoid these kinds of hidden details and make everything obvious to avoid backlash. But it would be extremely cool being a game where NTR is avoidable through knowledge.
